Serious-traffic readiness

Lead scoring that tells operators what to do next.

GrowthPilot AI does more than capture pilot requests. Every submitted lead is scored for commercial intent, source quality, page context, contact completeness, and urgency, then exported with a recommended follow-up action for CRM, ops, or founder-led sales.

91 Example high-priority lead

High-ticket plan intent, auditable URL, email contact, detailed pain notes, trackable source, and free-audit landing intent produce a fast follow-up recommendation.

What gets scored

  • Selected offer tier and buying intent.
  • Business name, URL, and contact completeness.
  • Depth of pain notes and urgency signals.
  • UTM source, campaign, landing page, and referrer context.

What gets exported

  • leadScore from 0 to 100.
  • leadPriority: high, medium, or low.
  • nextAction for sales follow-up.
  • qualificationReasons for CRM notes.

Where it flows

  • Ops dashboard lead table and follow-up queue.
  • CSV export for Airtable, HubSpot, Notion, or Sheets.
  • Webhook payloads with retry protection.
  • Daily ops report with priority counts.

CRM handoff flow

1. Lead captured

A visitor submits a product, service, SaaS, or agency-client URL from the homepage or free audit offer.

2. Lead qualified

The API adds score, priority, next action, and reasons before storing the JSONL record.

3. CRM synced

A webhook can send the enriched lead to Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or a custom endpoint.

4. Ops protected

Failed webhooks enter a retry queue and remain visible in the ops dashboard and daily report.

Operational boundary

Lead qualification helps prioritize follow-up, but it does not guarantee revenue, lead quality, SEO rankings, AI answer inclusion, ad ROI, or sales. Real CRM writes, outreach, social posting, paid directories, and ad spend still require account authorization, budget approval, and human review.
